We change our menu frequently to reflect the changing seasons, and the availability of produce throughout each.  But you will find in our menu the consistent theme of quality, and the very best that our markets can offer.

Yummy little salmon and crab cakes, homemade with capers, finely chopped spring onions and creamy mashed potato, served on crisp romaine lettuce with a lime and balsamic dressing

Harmony Hill Fresh Seafood Chowder - £6.00
A delicious wholesome soup of roasted sweet potato with chunks of fresh cod, scallops, mussels, prawns & smoked haddock topped with crème fraiche & fresh chopped dill

Chilli Chicken Strips with mango sorbet - £6.00
Deep fry tender strips of fillet of chicken in a spicy coating, serve hot on some salad leaves from the garden and drizzle with a sweet chilli dressing then top with a delicious mango fruit sorbet

Field Mushrooms and Duck Risotto - £6.00
Sautee field mushrooms in garlic butter then fill with a tasty duck & wild mushroom risotto, top with parmesan shavings, bake in the oven then serve on salad leaves & drizzle with the finest olive oil

Ulster Beef with Bushmills Pepper Sauce - £19.00
A prime 12 oz sirloin steak or an 8oz fillet steak, sautéed, flamed in Bushmills Whiskey with crushed black peppercorn cream sauce.Served with sautéed onions and mushrooms

Seafood Medley– £18.00
Simply grill pieces Sea Bass, fresh local Salmon & jumbo King Prawns with lime butter set on a bed of creamy spinach mash with a delicate fresh dill cream sauce

Roasted Lamb Fillet - £19.00
Lean & tender under~fillet of local lamb, roasted with fresh garlic and red onions with creamy dauphinoise potatoes, drizzled with a spicy redcurrant & rosemary jus

Organic Free range Chicken & Asparagus - £16.95
Lightly poached in a white wine bouillon then wrapped in proscuitto ham and finished in the Aga until golden brown. Served with fresh asparagus, broccoli & a pesto cream sauce

Pork fillet with sage & horseradish mash - £16.95
Sautee medallions of local pork fillet in sage butter with apples from the garden until golden, flame in calvados and serve on a hot horseradish and sage mash
